How does the free plan work?

The Starter plan is completely free forever. It includes all essential CRM features, 2 agent seats, and allows up to 1,000 monthly conversations. You only need to load funds into your wallet to cover Meta's actual message conversation charges.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons directly from your dashboard at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?
