We want you to be completely satisfied with OsherVest. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the OsherVest platform operated by Desa Solutions India Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Policy.
You may cancel your OsherVest subscription at any time by:
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the period ends. After that, your account will revert to the free Starter plan.
Example: If you cancel on the 10th of the month and your billing cycle ends on the 25th, you will have access until the 25th.
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
OsherVest offers a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers on the Growth plan. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing support@oshervest.com.
The following are NOT eligible for a refund:
WhatsApp conversation credits are charged and governed by Meta Platforms, Inc. These charges are passed directly to you at Meta's rate with no markup. OsherVest cannot issue refunds for Meta conversation charges as they are outside our control and governed by Meta's own billing and refund policies.
For Meta-related billing disputes, please contact Meta directly via your WhatsApp Business Manager account.
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in your individual service agreement. Please contact your account manager.
To request a refund within the eligible window, please:
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
In the unlikely event of a significant platform outage (more than 24 cumulative hours in a billing period) directly attributable to our infrastructure failure, we will credit affected accounts with an equivalent number of days of free service. We do not offer monetary refunds for downtime unless specified in an Enterprise SLA agreement.
All subscription fees shown are exclusive of GST (18%). GST paid on subscription fees is non-refundable as it is remitted to the Government of India.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
