When you register for an OsherVest account, we collect:

• Mobile number and business name

• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details and Meta credentials you connect

1.2 Contact & CRM Data

When you import or add contacts to the Platform, we store the data you provide, including:

• Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses
• Custom fields and tags you assign
• WhatsApp conversation history sent/received via the Platform

Important: You are the data controller for the end-customer data you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful consent from your contacts to message them via WhatsApp.

1.3 Usage Data

• IP address and device/browser information
• Pages visited, features used, timestamps of activity
• Campaign performance metrics (sent, delivered, read, failed)

1.4 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card details. We retain transaction IDs, amounts, and invoice data for billing and regulatory compliance.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta

OsherVest operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our Platform to send WhatsApp messages, you acknowledge that:

• Your WhatsApp Business Account is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service
• Message content and delivery data may be processed by Meta per their privacy practices
• We facilitate access to the WhatsApp Business Platform — we do not control Meta's data practices

All OsherVest data is stored on cloud infrastructure based in India. We implement industry-standard security measures:

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to deliver WhatsApp messages via the Cloud API
